Jr. ITF J30 in Jamaica: My First ITF tournament.

I just spent 2 very special and out of the ordinary weeks in Jamaica for my first 2 ITFs . I had no expectations about this experience. But a lot happened and I feel a bit more grown up ❤️. During my first ITF I reached the semis in singles , beating the #2 seed, and losing to the winner. I also got to the quarters in doubles with my partner Ana, losing in the 3rd set TB!
During my second ITF , I had an epic 4h50’ match against the #2 seed, 9 UTR. It was pretty insane! I played my very best tennis. It was a match that I will remember for a long time. I also reached the semis in doubles with @sydneysanaa__Thank you for being my partner!! We almost made it to the finals losing 9-7!

During these 2 weeks far from home my dad @mikewiesenmiawas always very supportive and I have to thank him for all the time that he spent talking to me, coaching me, and helping me in everything. The tournament director was also a really nice person, very funny, and always made us laugh. Finally, these two weeks would not have been the same without Ana @ana_avramovic_ in particular as we would meet everyday in the lobby to study and eat desserts and just be together. Our lives are not the typical “teenager” ones, so it is important to have good friends to share our good and bad moments. I also had so much fun with @melisozcanxx @vasilina___andronov@kalistapapadopoulos @summerzchandler . Had the best time with them and hopefully we all get to see each other soon!!
